GWILLIAM Dallas

Dallas Gwilliam aka Dallas Waddari Gwilliam aka Wadari Wirijanara

“Lieutenant” Dallas Gwilliam is evil. He has caused ruin, and harm to undeserving people.

He is skilled at deception, and a liar. Much of his evil “doings” are based around his false claim to be a Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) Veteran and “on call” for further missions.

Gwilliam has been arrested, and is currently on bail, awaiting trial for despicable acts of fraud against vulnerable people. At the appropriate time we will publish a great deal of information about his crimes. Of course at this time they are only allegations and a court will adjudicate appropriately, however, we have adjudicated regarding his claims to be an SASR Veteran and without reservation find him guilty of being a fraud a liar a wannabe and in breach of the Defence Act 1903.

Because of pending court proceedings we have distorted Gwilliam's face. Complete photographs will be shown in due course.

It is apparent from his actions in the photograph that Gwilliam does not know that Australian Officers and Soldiers never salute without a hat and his salute is nothing like an Australian Army salute.

Gwilliam has no Service Record and has never served with the Australian Defence Force. In the above photograph he is shown wearing the rank of a 2nd Lieutenant and wearing two medals. The photo together with information shown in the statement below, provides prima facie evidence of offences against the Defence Act.   By claiming to be a returned Veteran and by wearing the medals Gwilliam has committed offences under the Defence Act 1903, Part VII, Sections 80A and 80B.

80A.    Falsely representing to be returned soldier.

80B.    Improper use of service decorations

The maximum penalty for each of these offences is fines of $3,300 or six months imprisonment or both.

Gwilliam came to our attention in December 2009 when a Veteran from Mullumbimby, New South Wales (NSW) reported that he suspected a person named Lieutenant Waddery Gwilliam was fraudulently passing himself off as a damaged SASR veteran. The report included the following information.

“The other day  was introduced to this guy who claimed to be a Rwandan Veteran, he said his name was Lt Dallas Gwilliams and he served on the 3rd contingent in 1993, he did his basic training at Kapooka then was posted to 4RAR Commandos from there.

I told him he was lying, he tried to put together a pretty lame story to cover himself, didn't know dates, places etc, claims he has PTSD.

Anyway he has used the story to gain accommodation on a property of some people and is not paying the rent, They would like to know for sure if anyone has served with him and if he is a Rwandan Veteran. Maybe someone knows him, he claimed an element of secrecy. If he is legitimate will apologise of course.

This guy claimed to be SAS and did a tour in Rwanda prior to the advance party arriving, I served on the first tour and was never aware of advance parties of SAS securing the area hopefully he has not claimed off DVA etc.”

On commencing an investigation in 2009, we found that Gwilliam had disappeared from Mullumbimby NSW and we were unable to discover his new location.

In October 2010 we again received a report through Veterans networks that Gwilliam had been arrested and was incarcerated awaiting court action.

Gwilliam has falsely claimed to be a damaged  Veteran of the Australian Defence Force and has used that ploy to get money and hurt people. At a later time we may also be able to detail how he has falsely claimed Aboriginality to commit frauds against the Aboriginal community.

THE VETERAN COMMUNITY NEEDS TO NAIL THIS IMMORAL FRAUDSTER AND  LIAR SO THAT HIS FACE AND NAME IS RECOGNISED WHEREVER HE TRAVELS.

WE URGENTLY SEEK FURTHER PHOTOGRAPHS OF GWILLIAM AND INFORMATION FROM OTHER PEOPLE THAT HE HAS DEFRAUDED.

WATCH THIS SPACE FOR UPDATES AS THE GWILLIAM SAGA UNFOLDS.
